This is My 95 aerostar XLT AWD. Yeah, the paint looks bad, but that is what happens in sunny Fla.

I agree, it's very nice. Paint can be fixed more easily than rust or dents (I have a few dents and small spots of rust on my '96).

Mine is from where the paint was scrached off just below the rear windows on the driver's side. Its very minor surface rust. My rockers are as solid as can be, thankfully.

If you look closely at the hood, you can see that the clearcoat is gone and the paint is starting to wear down to the primer. The front and rear bumpers have been replaced, it took me four years to find them in the boneyard. paid $40 each at the local u-pull.

I noticed the bumpers, must've been from a two-tone van. I need a set for my van, too.

The rear bumper was from a green and biege van, the front bumper was from a solid red van. I could'nt get both from the same vehicle because they were not in good condition. one was broken, the other one had peeling paint. I looked for a long time before I finally found them. If you look online, the prices range from $130.00 to $245.00, depending if you want it painted or if you want moulding on it.

Yep, the most easily damaged parts. The lwb rear bumpers are especailly hard to find in decent shape! I've seen a couple in the local pull a part, but never when I had the $ for it! -Adam

bumpers

:aerostar: when the bumpers are in one piece, they last forever. once they get even a little crack, they are done. I forgot to mention, my van has only 198,816 miles on it.
