my brake light comes on sometimes when emgr brake is on

I am not sure if I have a short or not? When I put my emergancy brake on the light will come on sometimes. Any suggestions? Thank you.
 






is it the brake lights as in the rear of the truck or the dash light that says brake... if it is the dash light, it is supposed to come on if the ebrake is on....
