and frankly, I find it hysterical.

But one day last week, I sent him one of the pre-set texts when I was picking him up from work.

He's now gotten that same message so many times, we've lost count.

The last one was Sunday night around 9:30pm - no one was in my car. It hadn't been even running for *several* hours at that point.

Weird eh? I guess if he continues to get it - he'll just assume "I'm outside" - LOL!!!:D

Way to nag and blame it on the car. Was it texting "don't leave your socks in the middle of the floor!" or "unload the dishwasher!" :D

Oh man, it would be TOO EASY to post a wise a** comment here !!!

cnsheets... That was so funny.

FordMom - maybe try the unpair / repair. Maybe turn bluetooth off on phone next time exit house. Perhaps you have a good phone & bluetooth connection that it still stays connected even when you are in the house. Finally, maybe look at history our outgoing box in car MFT and see if any options to delete it. I have yet to try to send a reply text with MFT.

I just got it on Storm, too..... :D

I would sneak out one night this winter and send him "If you love me as much as your wife does, you'd get me a block heater. It's freezing out here!" Then delete teh sent message from your phone. When he asks in the morning, deny everything...

That'll mess with him... :D

LOL I bet he doesn't find it too funny, FordMomof3!

Have you tried rebooting either phone by removing the battery? Also, is the text message showing up multiple times in your phone or on MFT? One of my old smart phones did this to people; I'd have to reboot the phone every time it happened.

Ok, some of these had me cracking up - the nagging one was great! :)

I'm going to do the reboot thing today and see if that takes care of that issue and some other texting issues.

My kids love sending texts when we're all in the car as though it's the car talking... "My name is Sebastian - stop calling me Kermit" is my daughter's most popular one. Or they'll say something like "you're gone for 2 hours and can't even bring me a cookie?" - that kind of thing. So funny.

I'll let you know how it goes.
