i have a '99 explorer w/4.0l ohv v6 engine. the car wants to start but the fuel pump doesn't appear to be working. it was in storage for a year and everything was working then.just replaced the battery. when i try to start it you can here the engine crank but i can't here the whirring sound from the pump. need help please.
