Then i tried turning it on again and this time, nothing. My power windows don't work, power locks don't work, nothing seems to work that is connected to electicity... I tried battery with my auxilary lights and battery seem to be fine. What should i do..??

If you have a multimeter, put it on the battery to determine how many volts you are getting. It should be somewhere around 12.3 to 12.6 volts. If its under that, then your battery is bad. Also based on the age of your truck, your battery cables could also be bad. The 91-94 Explorers are known for having bad cables. They corrode from within. I suggest replacing them with a high quality set.

I'm hoping its just the battery or the cable but could it be anything else..?

ok i just put in new battery but car still won't start. When i connect the new battery, power locks work and lights work but when i put key in and try to start the car, the whole car goes dead with some sort of small tick/thunk/thud noise.. then power locks and lights don't work again. If i disconnect battery and connect it back on, power locks and lights work again but goes dead if i try starting the car again...
Could it be a fuse or something? Maybe the starter is bad..?

The same thing happens when your posts/clamps are dirty or corroded try cleaning them, or turning/twisting them a bit

KaOs iWo, i'm not sure what you mean by posts/clamps.. can you describe what this looks like or where i can be located???

turns out starter was bad, replaced it and works well now..

Since diagnosis is 3/4 of the battle, any tips on how you determined the starter was the problem?

well, i changed the battery and it still wound't work and the sound it made tick/thunk noise seemed like the starter was trying to fire but wasn't firing..Then i said, what the heck and i changed the starter and BAMMM!! works! :D
