ok...well i have been having problems that randomly occur during startup...i searched the forums and i thought it may have been the IAC...cleaned the heck outta the IAC and still having probs...When the problem does occur during startup the engine usually starts like it really doesnt want to and idles really low...around 400...well one time it did that i rolled down my windows and then it idled like it usually does on crank up...today it was idleing low again and i put my two front windows down and it idles like it supposed to...now this almost sound like it may be an electrical issue with my X but im far from being a mechanic...anybody have any suggestions on how to fix the prob???

Mine does that every now and then...I goose the throttle and she's good.

Try other "ghost" symptoms like turning your fan on high, turn your headlights on. Potentially the extra generator load is a factor that "tips" your vehicle speed "over" so that the computer reacts and increases idle to meet demand. No answer but some more checks to help isolate your problem a bit more.
