My explorer has some electrical gremlins help!

About 6 months ago, while sleeping in my car (dont ask hehe)... i saw my interior lights turned on and off about 3 times a night.


Fast foward to today,

My interior lights turn on and off every 10-20mins..... and my doors "unlock" on their own ever 5minutes. I cannot lock my car as it unlocks itself. I had an aftermarket alarm, and thought that was the problem so yesterday i removed it, and still the same problem.


Any suggestions?

It sounds like your GEM is going bad.

man my remote starter has a dead gremlin stuck somewere in it, just wont turn over lol.

i dont have a clue what a GEM is
