so after using the engery suspension poly bushing kit on my ex during the suspension upgrade, my ride was very quiet. then about a month ago, a year after the upgrade, im getting a lot of squeak coming out of the front end.

i thought it might be the sway bar or balljoint boots or the tie rod end boots, but i can see the poly grease still there. i think it might be the axle pivot bushings. i really dont want to take them out to re lube because the last time it took three people to get them aligned with the james duff drop brackets.

is it harmful to use penetrating oil or other spray lube to try to quiet them down or is that harmful to the poly bushings? anyone else have this problem?

Only time I've had squeaky urethane bushings was when I didn't go offroad often enough lol (dust seems to keep them quiet)

I wouldn't spray anything except maybe silicone lubricant spray on them. Maybe something containing graphite might work too, not sure.

graphite, thats a good idea. thats a dry lube correct? wet lubes might pick up and hold all kinds of grime.
