Just ordered a Edge Juice w/Attitude system for the F250.

Full digital gauges, 4 power levels, and best of all in my mind - defuel when EGT's get too high.

Sleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeper ;)

Have fun with the EGT probe install. :D ;)

Ah crap. A box came today - Juice, but no Attitude. Calling the vendor in the AM..

FINALLY!

It's in. Oh my gawd, it's incredible! :burnout: The difference is just HUGE.

I had to combine two different kits to get it to work - they sent the two wrong kits, but combining them made one good kit.

I also picked up my camper thursday night, and my list of mods grows.. Rear swaybar, new shocks, and air bags are next.

is it the 7.3 or the 6.0 diesel

You'll love that sooooo much! We sell a ton of those at our shop. So worth it.

Nice, have you noticed any difference in fuel milage or are you in it to much?! haha

I'd like to do something to my PSD too, so you'd recommend this kit?

My truck is a 2001 7.3PSD. I have no idea what it's done to the fuel milage, I've only driven it about 60 miles so far.

I do keep a log for the truck, so I'll be able to see any major difference.

I like this kit - it's clean and easy to install. I'd recommend it to any one that can use it.

Cool. I'm anxious to see your response after you've put a few miles on it and towed with it.

What kind of mileage were you getting before this mod?

Let's see.. in 26,357 miles (since Oct, 2003) I have burned 1,885.68 gallons of diesel, for a cost of $3,609.85. The average is 13.98 miles per gallon, best is 24.26, worst is 8.73. The highest per gallon cost was $2.359, cheapest was $1.399.

Damn. I need to stop keeping that log..

Wow, yeah i don't know that i'd take a look at that log very often! lol

Is your truck 4wd?

So it's been about a week now, how about an update on this?

It's a 4x4 model, but not the offroad version. No mileage update yet, I barely drive this thing during the week. Could be a few more weeks before I fill it up again. Yes, it sits ALOT during the week.

Nice, glad to hear it went well, I'm going to look into getting juice w/attitude when I have some more money. I've heard the chip will give you 1-2 mpg, hopefully that is the case.

Have you done anything else to it yet Thomas?

I ordered a flowmaster system for mine last week and put it on friday night and it sounds amazing! I was worried what it would sound like, but it sounds like a V8 at the exhuast and a diesel up front!

Got new bilstein HD shocks, Hellwig rear sway bar, and Firestone Ride Rites to be installed.

I am considering getting the Summit 4" aluminized exhaust, toyo m55's 285/75/16 or the Trxus M/T radial; both are E range, 3840lbs/tire. Stock on my truck was 265/75/16 E range.

So, seat of the pants numbers:

In town/highway, unloaded - slightly better, about 1-2mpg better.

Towing with a slide in camper - This is the suprising part. About 10 to 11 mpg!

The trip from Pinole (SF Bay area) to TDS (Salton Sea, CA) and back was interesting. The truck just climbs the Grapevine, EGT's goto 1150, and the Attitude starts dropping it back about 25%. Only had to shift from 6th to 5th gear (or, 5th to 4th based on the knob.) I'm liking this unit more and more!

Bad news: got a SES light, it will not go out. Not sure what's wrong, need to get it to a dealer.

And last a picture of the beast!

I knew once I started doing mods to the F250.. It would just start down a rat hole. :D

Yesterday, while playing around, I set the Juice/attitude to Extreme setting..

Clutch slips like a SOB!

Have to think about doing the clutch now..

tdavis -- you did some nice stuff to it. Sorry to hear it isn't working out just right yet. Hopefully you can get things going. You've got that thing loaded down though. Good stuff! Lift it 8"s please! ha - again, hope everything gets better.

-Drew

oh, I like what you are the towing the best!
