Well, I guess I will introduce myself. DQCowboy is my on-line handle, and I'm not a Cowboy, but I do like to eat at the Hubbard Dairy Queen when I can, which is about 70 miles south of Dallas.
Actually I live about 20 miles outside of town, on a small 40 acre post oak hide-away, with two ponds, and most all I grow is grand-kids, trees & weeds, (3) donkeys, and a rather large Great Dane named Sally. I'm 62 years old and twice retired.
I recently came into possession of a 1999 Explorer Sport, (4.0L V6 SOHC), white, with a little over 140K miles. I say "possession" because it was a gift from my sister, on account she had more vehicles than room in her garage. The Explorer, which she named "Henry Ford" has it's original paint with just a few parking lot dings, and mechanically, it seems to be pretty sound. I attribute that to the previous owners keeping Henry in a garage, and good maintenance. Well, it seems I am running out of room, I'll post a picture later.
