Luckily, I was able to close the roof before much of the nasty water came in.

Our garage doesn't have a roof over it. It has 2 more floors above it so I'm not worried about water leaking in.

Last summer, after spending 7 hours straight in the X, my dog couldn't hold it any more and peed in the back seat. So, when I got to camp, I left all 4 windows down to let it air out while I tried to figure out the best way to deal with it. I forgot they were down and it POURED. I completely forgot about it until the middle of the night when I got up to find a tree and noticed they were down. Well, apparently, one of my doors wasn't completely closed and the battery was dead so the power windows wouldn't work. The next morning, I unbolted all of the seats, hosed them down (It's amazing how much water you have to put through a seat before it comes out clear) and left them in the sun for 2 days.

Well, lucky me... my buddy (the one that left it open) decided he was going to buy our other buddy's eibach springs off of him and drop them on to his koni's and also buy his stereo head unit since the other buddy was selling his miata and knew he wouldn't get the extra few hundred bucks for each. Anyway, my buddy plops the other buddy's head unit into his miata's stereo and hands me his older one.. a panasonic cq-df601u and says "it's yours if you want to buy the wiring harness and dash kit for your car." So now it turns out that my car looks and smells clean (from the water and care to get the smell and wetness out) and I got a nearly free awesome cd player to replace the *laugh* tape deck.

Haha...no worries about my room. I cleaned it!! My dad cleaned all the carpets in the house yesterday. Now the house smells like...I don't know. But it smells good!!
