MY Mirrors Move By themselves

I just Got a cd player 2 12's, a amp, front door speakers and a alarm installed in my 91 explorer and sometimes when I open my door The mirrors move by themselves and don't stop until I shut My door. Pleas help

Sounds like you have one of the wires leading from your door switch (the one that turns the light on inside when you open the door) connected into the mirror circuit. I would go back and recheck my connections and make sure they are connected correctly.

You can probably check this by opening door until mirrors start moving, and push the door switch button in on the door post to turn your light off. If the mirror stops, it is incorrectly wired. You can also try turning your dome light on and see if the mirror starts moving also.
