My new....well new to me....ride!!

Wanted to take a minute to introduce myself....and my new ride.

I'm Ray from the Raleigh, NC area. Been a Ford man all my life and this Explorer was just begging to be added to my stable.....guess its time to sell the Ranger.

I saw this on ebay, but it ended with no bids....so I contacted the seller, arranged a meet, and the rest is history. Its got quite a few mods...the body mods are obvious from the picture, but under the hood lies a Powerdyne force-fed, aluminum headed 5.0 V8.....the only part on the whole Explorer that is worn out is the gas filler door...ha

As far as any future mods....well right now I'm just trying to remove all the dirt. I do want to add a air/fuel gauge to go along with the boost gauge....probably a dual pod A-piller setup.....the boost gauge is kinda half-arse installed right now. Plus I need to get the speedo straight out....with them 295/45/18 tires....the speedo is waaaayyy off....plus I'm not even sure what the rear end ratio is, or if its even stock.

Just picked if up on Friday June 25th....so I'm really still getting to know it.
