hello, and thank you for the great website .i,m very happy i can continue my dream about this truck.......i,m in san carlos az i love four wheeling ,yet i,m not extreme as some .lol as most of the enthusiasts, are on this site what a wealth of info.....anyways i do have tech questions. i,m sure ill be an elite soon,i love my eddie....................i,m a former saab and bmw owner........we hunt alot out here in san carlos so i like balls and comfort as well.........ok now that i introduced myself........... i want to sneek one question in........i replaced my tranny. i did everything by the book. everything is fine except 4 low ?i do remember that to pull the tranny it was in 4 low............by the book ..........i have no low.............what did i miss?..............ty for such a great forum.................sincerely donaldo92

Check our transmission forum for info about your problem. We have some very knowledgable people there. Also, once your in the tranny forum, look for the sticky threads which cover many of problems common to the Explorer trannys.
