My precious power locks!!!!

*sigh* For a couple months now, my power locks have been slowly dieing and today while it was in the repair shop to fix my tilted bumper, they finally gave way. For a while they were taking their sweet time to pop up after pressing unlock on the remote or unlocking via keypad, and now the lock on the driver's side door won't even move after trying to unlock, but the passenger side will still go up (still taking it's sweet time) but I fear that lock has the same fate. Is there any way to fix this by myself or will I have to go to the $tealer$hip?

Also, while I was driving it the door was making a weird buzzing sound.

Can you take it to another shop besides the stealership? I have a trusted shop back home that handle all my repairs no matter what they are. On my camaro I had the locks and the window actuator go out and they did the repairs for 300 bucks less than the dealership. I'd call around to find someone who could do the work. Just my .02

Get some like these and dyi, I did it on the rear hatch ~3 years ago, just get a thin nail long enough to mark where to drill (2holes) and make sure to connect them the right way, else the will lock on unlock and viceversa.
