Monroe Load Adjusting and an Add A Leaf is what I've been running for almost 2 years. Considerably higher than stock (4" maybe). For the future I'm going to remove the load adjusters and go with bilsteins to match the front. Will ride much harder with load adjusters but it will kill the sag and they aren't awful. They do start to squeak after a while but mine stopped squeaking again later. My two cents.
