If you know there should be power there, then its time to get a wireing diagram. Then find where it gets its power from and follow it until you stop getting power. You should either find a blown fuse (if your really lucky) or an open/broken wire.
Even the haynes/chiltons wireing diagram should work (or the one from the repair info area of the autozone.com site)
