I also had some parts laying around and started thinking about what i could salvage.
So far iv come up with this....

I'v xfered my the 3" body lift off a b3000

I have removed the front bench seat and I am installing 2x Leather Bucket seats and a CUSTOM (diamond plate? ideas?)CENTER CONSOLE W/ 15" TOUCHSCREEN CAR PC (Mp3, GPS, Videos, Wifi, Maby OBD-I interface S/W)

Im in the process of slapping the front end off the 94 B3000 on the Explorer

I dont know if anybody has done this before... its a very close fit... i cant do the body work for a few months but i will mount it in the next couple days... Here i have it mostly in place...
I just need to figure out howto fit a ford emblem on the front :D/.... will prob just go without it.

I will need to weld an extension to the hood to close the gap on the bottom... and im not sure what im going to do with the gap between the B3000 Bumper and the b3000 grill clip... prob something custom.

My goal is to make the 91 explorer look like a second gen explorer for near almost free :)

Let me know what you all think.... if there is some interest i will take lots of pics...

I plan on using a heatgun to melt and form the plastic around the edge of the grill clip... then bondo to clean it up.... do you all think this will work the best???

Last pic is of my power steering pump failure(its non functional)..... i am going to replace the power steering pump... looking at the picture is there any reason to believe its not powersteering pump failure? The ex has completly manual steering... so is my diagnosis correct?

That link did not work.... could you please try to post it again... it got cutoff...

Good luck on your console.... im prob going to make a aluminum T or L angle bar frame (have some layen around) then enclose it with aluminum diamond plate.. i might make a diamond plate full insert for around the gadge cluster

Can't say for sure that you pump has failed. Looks like a major leak in that system causing you pump to run dry causing totally manual stearing. Try cleaning it up or putting in more fluid and checking for leaks. Maybe just a blown hose.

could be a gear box seal problem. I changed the pump and hoses and that didnt stop the leak. so i finally figured out what it was.

And you were having bad leaking issues? are you talking about the steering gear box that the steering shaft goes into?

PS.
I have not had a chance to put them on yet but will my 32x11.5 tires fit on this with the 3" body lift? im a little concerned about the back of the front wheel wells
