navajo 4wd problem

today i was gettin ready to go wheelin and i noticed my auto 4 wheel drive wont engage. its work in the past but for some reason this time it didnt and still wont.. i hear a clicking noise when i push the button in the back like its trying to do something.. im just wondering if anyone has had this problem or might have some ideas on what it might be.. i have to have my 4wd workin before winter... thanks

It may be the motor that engages 4WD. In the stickies is a thread on this very subject ... 4x4 Shift motor rebuild.... that would be a good start for you.
