Need 02 mountaineer help

I had my transmission rebuilt by aamco 2 years ago come July. My OD light started flashing again but the tranny seems to shift through all the gears just fine. Sometimes while at a stop light/ sign it'll lurch a little like someone bumped into the rear of my truck, it will also do this sometimes when I put it in reverse. My warranty is up with aamco because i went over the 24,000 mile. Recently had to work in the front differential cause it blew a gasket thing and lost all the fluid. Now when on loose gravel the tires kind of spin when making a turn and the truck will die in mid turn, backing up or sometimes while idling. Any suggestions would be great.

I thought I should add that while in park it idled at around 900 rpm, in gear it idled around 5-600 rpm. Also apparently it's not partial to dying while turning because it just died on me while going straight but I was braking for rr tracks.
