Need a lift!

I'm new to this site and I have to say this is by far the best Explorer site on the web. thanks and keep up the good work.
Now my question is, I have a '93 Explorer Sport 4x4 and want to get a 4" suspension lift for it but can't find any under $1800.00. Does anyone know where I can get one for a little less?

I'm not too sure what I'm going for. I dont have alot of experance with the explorers and I'm not sure what wqill work best. I'm just looking for a lift that will be solid on basic trails, muddin, and snow for clearance.

93 sport? the first gen lifts are cheap... like $500 for a 5.5" supelift... the best is the skyjacker stae 2 6" for the ranger, and then jsut do an soa in the rear... however you will get into knowing about that much later.....

$1800 for a lift kit... where are you looking? the only lift kits i know of that cost anywhere near that are the ones for the newer explorers with ifs, and those still only run about $1400
