Need advice on tranny for towing

Well I decided that I am going to tow my trail rig down to Oregon with my other Ex. I need to know what I could do to make towing a 2dr Ex with a 2dr Ex a good decision.

I know the clutch will is my first area to look at since it is already slipping. I am picking up a custom built clutch with Kevlar disc. I have a set of 4.56 gears for the front and I will pick up a set for the rear guy locally will install for $125 per axle.

Is this all I can do for towing?? What other suggestions, I just installed a new set of front pads.

sounds good except D.O.T might frown on it a little bit are you going to use a tow dolly?

I was thinking either a tow dolly or trailer. The tow dolly would be less weight obviously but if I can find a traielr at a cheap price I would go that way.
