ok so im wanting to make my explorer more capable for offroading and a bit of mudding.. but mostly geting into some crazier spots for camping. right now the truck is running like new and has had a bunch of work done including new ball joints new tie roads new brakes new spark plugs new rear leafs new front coils new shocks an engine tune up(not sure what they did but it cost me 600$ and the engine runs like new now) a new radiator a 3" body lift and new 31/10.5 gt radial m/s. anyways this worked great for what i was doing but now im wanting to get into lakes for fishing and stuff and i cant right now because either i cant make it over road deactivations where theres a pile of dirt across the road or a trench dug across or the road is just to un even for me to get over. so what should i do and what should i start with? i was thinking of getting lift coils and spacers and shackles and an add a leaf to hopefully fit 33's. and then getting a rear diff locker. but i was also thinking about possibly getting the locker first then getting rid of the body lift and having a 4" suspension lift installed with extended shackles and spacers so i can run 35's. anyways any advise on what would be the best way to make my truck more capable and able to run bigger tires would be apreciated.
