Need fast help - driver seat power connection

i am trying to take out the driver seat in 2003 XLT to swap cushion and cover. I easily disconnected the yellow connection underneath but I cannot figure how to disconnect the larger grey power connector. It has a tab that looks like it would release the two halves but it won't budge. Anyone know how to get the grey power connection apart?

I finally got it free. The tab that looked like it should push down to release the two halves did finally cooperate and they separated. I think it was the threats and me calling it a little ******* that coaxed it free but it finally did budge and then came apart. It was 14 years worth of being in one place as much as anything I think. The rest of the process went great and the Seat Shop version of dark graphite seat cover and a new Ford part cushion bottom has the driver seat looking factory fresh and sitting comfortable again. My son won't feel embarrassed getting in and out with the side of seat cover cracked and foam showing anymore. We are already done and he drove away to go meet up with friends. Job done
