well i've been reading and searching for quite awhile but i think i'd do best to just ask for some help on this one

i have a 98 Ranger 4x4 3.0, i'm swapping in a 97 explorer 5.0, 0.030 over, ported dart pro-1 heads 170cc runners, 62cc chambers, edlebrock manifold, 75mm throttle body, ordering torque monster headers soon, what i need now is to upgrade the fuel system but i'm not quite sure where to look

i'd like to get a bigger fuel pump and some 30# injectors but thus far i haven't been able to cross-reference ford part numbers to find some aftermarket units, also wondering if i should get aftermarket fuel rails and run bigger lines from the tank

any advice/help you can offer is greatly appreciated
here's a couple pics for your viewing pleasure:

try some ford racing 30# injectors and for a pump you should be ok for now with a stock one unless it is week. if you are going turbo blower or nos i would say get a much larger intake pump. if your rails are return less get some earlier year regular ones. if you want to do lines and new regulator just buy the jeg or summit stock rail fitting and weld -6 or -8 fittings on the stock sending unit and run new lines to the front with fuel filter and large new regulator on the return line.

thanks for the advice, my rails have a return on em, so i guess i'll just swap in the stock lines from the explorer and if they don't fit i'll make up some new ones

i got a couple more questions, what other companies make injectors for these trucks? (just cause for racing seems to be the most expensive) also wondering what size are the stock injectors and fuel pump? the guy building my motor told me to get a 190 lph pump, seeems like everyone and their brother has a 255 lph but i suppose thats because a lot of the trucks i've seen in this forum are turbo charged or have some other power adder on em
