I have been given a factory Ford 7 pin trailer plug with bracket. I need the wiring harness (plug from vehicle) to be able to use it. This has a Ford p/n. 5C3T-15A416-BA on the bag. The bracket has R52893-001 REV-D YC3T-14A206-CA. I can't find what Ford truck this is from. I think it is from a F250 or F350. Can anyone help?

Your Explorer has a factory 4 pin plug tucked up under the bumper on the rear driver side. You need to run a power wire, a ground and the brake controller wire seperatly.

Already had wired for trailer brakes a few years ago. I'm just replacing the plug with the one I was given. Parts guy at local dealer told me this was from an 05-07 F250 & F350.
