My truck keeps blowing #2 fuse, Its a 2002 Ford Ranger Automatic 3.0 6 cylinder anytime I shift into Drive it blows the fuse, backup lights don't work a/c also stops working and when it does work it has started blowing hot air 90 % of the time. In the last year I've had the transmission rebuilt ( by a ford mechanic) a new water pump, & clutch fan, serpantin belt, idler puller done by a new mechanic I wasn't real impressed with truck had to be towed back to the shop due to all the antifreeze/water dumping out into my garage floor. I sure would appreciate any helpful knowledge on what I need to do to get the problem fixed. I live on a very tight budget and am a do it yourself person if its possible. Thank you in advance for any information.

What does your panel list for fuse 2? I'm guessing backup lights, but seems like AC should have it's own fuse?
I think maybe the hot air might be a separate issue.
