need help about digit trouble code

I have the Haynes repair manual, but this code is not in this book.
Please help me with any information!

KOEO/CM 89 refer to the converter clutch lockup solenoid circuit. Converter clutch lockup solenoid is a solenoid in the transmission valve body that the computer uses to control converter clutch lockup. the EEc-IV computer isn't very sensitive to faults in this circuit, basically you either have a break in the TCC lockup circuit or a short to ground. Assuming the fault is reasonably consistent, it shouldn't be too hard to find with a wiring diagram and a voltmeter.
