I have a 2004 ford explorer xlt and i have onl;y had it since november. Everything was working fine until about a month ago i went to start my truck after not driving it for 2 days and it would not start. I had someone come jump it and it was fine. So i let it sit again for about 2 days and tried to go start it and it did not start. I got it jumpped a second time which it started up with noe problem. I took my truck to auto zone to check the battery and the altenator and he said that they were both fine.... i took it to the dealer ship and they said nothing was wrong but its happening more often and i dont know what i whold do. SOME ONE HELP PLEASE>> i beg..

thank you '

Does it try to start at all? Does it click? It could be bad terminals or a bad battery wire. Even a bad starter or relay.

Find out if this has a voltage regulator and if so determine whether its part of the alternator or seperate

right now it is completely dead. when i took it to autozone the guy said he had seen this before living in las vegas and that there might be a draw in the starter, but im not sure exactly what that is. and i bought the extened warrnty plan and dont know if it covered. should i just get a lemon law lawyer?

thank you

denise

it doesnt sound like a lemon law just because you took it to a someone who couldnt figure it out...no offense. Besides, lemon laws only apply to new cars I believe

take it to another/different shop...could be something as simple as a selinoid..
