need help possible freeze plug issue

I have a 91 xlt 2wd in the past year I have had the intake manifold changed, the water pump last month and now in the past few weeks it has yet again begun to leak coolant from three places, under the power steering pump area in front by the radiator and on the other side of the engine which seems horizontal the power steering someone well two people told me it could be the freeze plugs i thought freeze plugs I live in Louisiana lol. I need to know how to do this completely every thing I have done to this truck I have done on my own (with some help..of course) and learned completely from the haynes ford repair guide I have looked in this book and nowhere does it say anything about freeze plugs. to be honest I never knew the engine had any. lol if anyone knows how this is done or if this is the problem please send me a how too on how to do this.
I need this done soon this is my only car and I can"t keep the water in in the car please please help
