Need Help Quick !!!!

I have a 1997 Explorer and Im currently at the hospital with my wife and new baby. I went to start the car just now and tje alarm which i didnt even know I had started going crazy. I tried locking the car then uunlocking. The car will not turnover...I can sit in it until the alarm stops then try to start and it starts going off again. Ive locked the doors and waited outside then soon as i unlock it goes off. Ive never had a remote.
