Need help with a body lift

The kit comes with a bracket that lowers the e-brake cable where it mounts under the driver's door. That's all you need.

Performance Accesories is the way to go. But for 2 inch you will not need (and will not get I'm pretty sure) a steering extension.

what has to be modified with the brake line on the passenger side?

For the last time nothing.. You are lifting the frame not modifying the suspension therefore the brake lines don't need to be modified.
