Need help with a new cd player.

I recently got an Eclipse cd player, and installed it today. Unfortunately it doesnt work, the security feature appears to be on. I bought it new, and Eclipse is always busy. Anyone know how to fix this?

Yes, they don't provide instructions for this situation.

go back to where you bought it and ask them...

Got it fixed, called Eclipse, the unit was locked, and they had to give me a special unlock code to fix it.
