I am lowering my 95' explorer sport and I have started with lowering the front by unscrewing the torsion bolt in the front but the height that i like it at leaves the suspension bumpers rubbing! Can i cut the bumper to allow room or will that mess up something else??? Also if I lower the back using lowing blocks will that mess up my towing of the boat or will it be ok.???? I wasn't thinking of going anymore than 2" in the rear. anyone with advice please help! thanks

cut the front bumpers down. and yes, you can tow just fine with 2" blocks in the back. i tow with mine all the time.

Do not cut more than half an inch off the front bump stop. The front tires will rub against the wheel well. I lowered mine 2 1/2 inch and my tires are eating away my wheel well cover.
