i bought tires for my 2wd 02 Ford Explorer which are 33s and they scrubbbbbbb way to much any way I could budgets lift it in the the front? Again it's 2wd need help asap

In order to fit 33" tires you would need to add around a 2" strut spacer in the front, a 1.5-1.75" in the rear. This would give you around a 3" lift which means you would also need custom upper control arms for the front. In total it would likely cost up to about $1,000 in parts. I used to run 32s stock with just some trimming so if you can trade in the 33s for a set you'll save yourself that grand.
