new on here i'm trying to get any advice how should i hook up my 1996 ford explorer cause right know i dont have no ideal cause around here were i stay at it's just mostly box chevy and im trying to do something diffrent i jsut want advice or ideals
Sorry if that is not your location HEARD but I heard that alot in Pittsburgh.
Anyways, I learned alot just browsing thru the forums. Theres a ton of cool ideas on how to change things and add stuff to make your truck stand out. Being a 96, the 1st thing you should do is repaint the black trim on the pillars that Im sure has faded badly. The exterior detailing is one thing you can do to make yours stand out!
I'm from the Northeast and I don't talk like that, but maybe that's because I'm not a ricer or live in the inner city where people make up their own language.
Either way, using the phrase "hookup" for customizing still confuses people. If he was on a honda forum it would make sense since you can only do one thing with a honda (make it ricey).
With our trucks you can go street or offroad when doing "modifications" so saying hookup doesn't tell us what he wants to do with it..
