Need model # for spark plugs

I am looking to get some of the bosch +4 platinum spark plugs. My buddy works at a performance shop but the dont have anything on my truck. can someone give me the model # for the plugs.

Call up pep boys or autozone. They will definately have the part number for any spark plug you need.
