Need new gears. which ones to get

well here is the situation. when I get on the gas from a dead stop the speedo will go all the way up to 50 mph before it goes into 2nd. it switches into 3rd and 4th really fast. I need the gears to help me with low range speed. Any advice on which ones I should do. btw I have a 95xlt with cat back and kkm.

My first gear also goes to about 50 or 55 when I floor it. It shifts sooner when I'm easy on the gas. With stock size tires 3.73 is usually a good mix between acceleration and economy.
