Need New Motor for '91 any suggestions???

Hey guys and gals~

My brother's '91 is in really bad shape. 120K

Some of the cylinders are measuring less than 50PSI and even one near 30PSI on compression test! "shes" loosing near the valves and shudders bad during acceleration.

Unfortunately I think a rebuilt or a used w/ low miles would be better than installing new heads on an old engine who's bottom half might or might not be up to handling the stress.

Anybody know any good sources for motors?

Would be greatly appreciated.

i would just do rebuild or try to find a local wrecker that is pretty dependable with low miles on a wrecked engine and some type of warranty.... a rebuilt engine is like $1500 if i remeber correctly, and thats with a 1 year warranty from like kragens or similar....
