Wanted A new motor for my 92

okay so ive been looking at getting a new motor for my 92 sport, blew the head gaskets and cracked the heads, so I wanna put something big in this truck, i heard a 302 will fit..is this true if not what other motors can I replace it with?

I think someone dropped a stroked 347 in a 1 st gen, all I can say is to look it up and see what you can find!

Hey possumface...I've always wanted to call someone that...!
I've got a 302 in my "sport" It takes some work AND some $$$$
But...with a Cobra T-5 and a King cobra clutch you can make it jump!!!
Understand that I can't do any of this stuff myself...I needed A LOT of help!
I gotta tell ya'...it's fun! I vote for a 302!

you can put a 460 in if you try hard enough....
