Need some help locating some wires...

Hey guys looking to do two things,

First off need to locate the positive power for the reverse lights, want to tap into it for my new stereo to switch on the reverse camera..... Was too cheap to buy the wiring harness with the unit to retain some of the factory features.... Figured I could just run some wires and hook stuff up and save 80 bucks or more lol....

Second anyone know if it possible to allow the front passenger to con troll their window while the window lock is on?? Wife hates that it locks but need to lock it as our 2 year old likes to open his window and we'll make objects take flight...

Buy the metra kit with the converter, 30 bucks on ebay, another 10 for the wiring harness. its worth every penny. The hacking, chopping and tracing as well as your time isn't worth screwing around.

As for the switch, no.

And no as in its impossible or you don't know

Metra XSVI-5521-NAV kit will do what you need.
