First welcome to the site.
Secondly use the search button that question has been answered many times before.

First of all, welcome to the site. Secondly the cheapeast most easiest way to lift your 95 two inches would be a TT(Torsion Twist) for the front and shackles for the rear. Keep in mind doing this will only get you 2 inches max. Do a search and you should find all you need to know about doing this. 2 inches with 31's should look pretty good.:)

Actually 31x10.5xR15 will fit fine on your explorer with no lift.

Depends on the truck, some can fit them, some can't. I'd do the TT and shackles anyway.

where can i get the TT and shackles to? are they hard to install?

I have a 94 if it makes any difference. I plan to be putting on 31's too and was wondering abot the lifting

XLT4 ME, TT are the torsion bars on '95 and later models of explorers. You just twist the bars up(I think) and that's how you acheive the lift up front. Your's is a 94 so you don't have torsion bars. Your only choice is to go with coil spring spacers up front and then shackles in the rear. Do a search for spacers and shackles. Mine is lifted this way and it was not that hard to do.
