Need to know how to replace the rear wiper motor

Is there a thread or link showing the steps to doing this? I just bought the motor today and am hoping to get it replaced within the next couple days since it's actually nice outside.

Pretty simple operation, remove the wiper arm, then the inside trim panel. Once the trim is off, there are three bolts to remove and one connector.

Top remove the trim panel, take the pull strap off first.
