New 03 EB owner from FL

Just making an introduction here. Recently purchased an 03 EB edition explorer with 240k miles for $600. Changed a motor mount, #4 spark plug, and coil pack and the vehicle is running amazing now. Run ability is great now, but I'm having an electrical issue. The power windows, radio, and at times interior lights are not functioning but other times they are. Fuses are good, none are blown. I thought this could be a ground issue, but I've read on another forum that it could be a relay in the instrument cluster. Has anyone else experienced this?

Also, the rear hatch won't open. You can hear it unlock when you click the button but it doesn't budge when you try to pull on it to open it.

Any advice on these would be great, thanks!

Welcome. I suggest you post your issues in the 3rd Generation forum as you will get more responses there.

Welcome to this forum! You could look up these things on the site. I'm sure that they were covered. Check to see if these things are on the same fuse. Check ground wiring for corrosion. Do a search for GEM.
