03 EB Edition Explorer - electrical issues and rear hatch issue

Recently purchased an 03 EB edition explorer with 240k miles for $600. Changed a motor mount, #4 spark plug, and coil pack and the vehicle is running amazing now. Run ability is great, but I'm having an electrical issue. The power windows, radio, and at times interior lights are not functioning but other times they are. Fuses are good, none are blown. I thought this could be a ground issue, but I've read on another forum that it could be a relay in the instrument cluster. Has anyone else experienced this?

Also, the rear hatch won't open. You can hear it unlock when you click the button but it doesn't budge when you try to pull on it to open it.

Any advice on these would be great, thanks!

Update, I checked the wiring in driver side door and boot. No broken wires that I can find. The switch, when tested, is not getting any power either
