So I got a 4.6L 3V V8 on my 07 4x4 sport trac, noticed it's a different intake, Tb & manifold.. so

will a 05+ mustang manifold fit? if so that would be a nice upgrade..

Also

How do you change the bulbs in the driving/fog lights? I looked them and it looks like they have some additional ring holding them in place.. typically you can just twist and pull?

And Finally, is there a good place to get brakes online, just standard rotors, and ceramic pads.. I'm leary of most ebay/web stuff on brakes..

Thanks!!!

I don't know. I also doubt it would make a difference, the hp difference between the two is likely in the cams. Get a cold air, cat back exhaust, a tuner, and call it good.

In other Ford trucks I've had, I replaced the fog light bulbs with #9005 all-weather hi-beam units from J.C. Whitney that work nicely. I tried it on this one and couldn't get the *******s apart. I dunno.
Silverstar turn signal bulbs appear blue when they're off and look nice.

I've had good luck on other vehicles with NAPA's ultra premium rotors and their Ceramix pads. Good stuff, little dust, and don't cost a ton.

I doubt it, they have to be the same cams... with the minimal difference in HP 297/310 I think it's the intake, something about limiting air for more torque.. I'm not super smart on motors...

Def gonna do a catback & tune, haven't found a good CAI for it yet.. Thinking about putting a Shaker on it just to be different :)

I know what bulbs to fit, that's not the problem, the problem is you can't just twist and pull the bulb out, not sure how it comes out.
