new alternator?

When idling, all of my lights flicker. It's like a strobe light. I just replaced my battery and was told that the alternator was good, but that hasn't helped.

well mine did the same thing, if your battery gauge flicks back a forth like crazy it has to be the alternator. i replaced mine about a month ago and haven't seen the lights flicker ever since.
