new from Australia

I got my hands on a 2004 4.6 limited explorer a couple of months ago, I really like it, 4.6 explorers are quite rare here. They stopped importing explorers into Australia in 2005. It has a couple of problems to sort out but nothing major.
My main other car is a 2007 ford bf mk11 xr8 5.4 ltr 6 speed auto.
I am a qualified mechanic but have not worked as one for about 15 years.

G'day schucker1, summer here has been pretty good so far, it normally gets fairly warm in Feb. Sometimes in the 40s. The coldest it gets where we are is about -1C in the mornings in winter. A very colder winters day here is 7or 8 deg C.

Coming to visit down there is on my "Bucket List".

A LOT of history in that area and a beautiful place to see.
