Ok, so heres my question. I am thinking of doing a custom exhaust on my sport , but the set up i want to build has caused some questions to arise.

Here is a very simple unscaled drawing of what i want to do.

will this kind of set up cause any problems, like possibly with the fuel lines or gas tank getting too hot, or anything else for that matter.

and also any suggestions for the set up, i,m going to use a cherry bomb extreme with dual outlets, and have side exit pipes in front of the back tires.

My first thought is that the pipe going to the drivers side is going to have to be pretty low to clear the tranny/drive shaft.

true, I wish I would have thought about that.. i'll have to lay under there and think of a new set up lol.

and your drawing has it exiting were the gas tank is

Something you might think about is "side pipe exhaust" ou know like the old shelbys had were it runs along the rocker panels on the outside of the car.

It would take some customizing but I thought about It for a while before I did my current setup.

You can get them at alot of different places online for under 200$
