New guy with an electric door lock problem.

Hello everybody, I'm trying to figure out why my electric door locks just started going into the lock mode, all 5 locks and won't stop. My daughter and I may have hit the unlock buttons at the same moment, bringing this condition on. Any ideas?

Welcome to this forum! Maybe one of the door lock switches might have jammed or shorted?

Hitting the lock switch 2 times within 5 seconds will turn on the auto-lock function. You said you and your daughter both hit the lock switch at the same time? It sounds like that is what happened.
